Returns & Refunds Policy — Animus Label
All Animus Label products are made on demand. Because each item is produced specifically for you at the time of purchase, we are unable to accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind. We will, however, replace or refund any item that arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect — see Damages and Issues below.
Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return on eligible items. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at makieto202@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at makieto202@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will evaluate and make it right within 30 days of delivery.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Made-to-order or custom products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return your eligible item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipping into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may add additional time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at makieto202@gmail.com.
